At FieldsRight, we provide digital assessments, personalized reports, and professional career services. Because our offerings involve digital delivery and customized work, all purchases are considered final, except as required by applicable law or as described below.

1. All Sales Are Final

FieldsRight does not offer refunds for change of mind, including circumstances in which a customer decides they no longer want or need a purchased service, chooses not to complete an intake or assessment, or changes their personal or business plans.

This policy applies to the FieldsRight Clarity Scan and FieldsRight Noir Leadership services.

2. Digital Assessments and Reports

Purchases of the FieldsRight Clarity Scan are nonrefundable for change of mind.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete responses. Results and recommendations are based on the information submitted and are not guarantees of specific business outcomes.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or completing your purchased assessment, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it.

3. Personalized Career Services

FieldsRight Noir Leadership services include customized work based on the information provided by the customer.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference, or a decision not to use the completed materials.

If a deliverable contains an error or does not match the purchased service description, please contact us so we can review the concern and provide an appropriate remedy.

4. Delivery Issues

If FieldsRight is unable to provide a purchased product or service as promised, we will review the circumstances and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include completing delivery, correcting the issue, or issuing a refund where appropriate or legally required.
