Welcome to FieldsRight. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases of FieldsRight and FieldsRight Noir Leadership products and services.

By placing an order or using a purchased service, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

1. Our Services

FieldsRight offers business clarity assessments, personalized decision-support reports, and professional career services.

Product descriptions on our website explain the scope of each offering. Services or deliverables not included in the purchased description are not automatically included in an order.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information reasonably necessary for us to fulfill your purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing information you submit, including business assessment responses, employment history, accomplishments, dates, and other career-related details.

We may request clarification when information is incomplete, inconsistent, or insufficient to complete the purchased work.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices and included services are displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is required through our checkout process unless we expressly agree otherwise.

An order confirmation acknowledges your purchase but does not expand the scope of the service beyond its published description.

4. Digital Assessments

The FieldsRight Clarity Scan provides structured analysis based on customer-submitted responses.

Reports may include scores, patterns, findings, and recommendations. These outputs are decision-support resources rather than independently verified audits of a customer's organization.

Customers remain responsible for evaluating recommendations and deciding whether and how to implement them.

5. Career Services

FieldsRight Noir Leadership services are designed to improve the presentation and positioning of customer-provided professional experience.

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their final resume, LinkedIn content, and other career materials before using or publishing them.

We do not guarantee interviews, employment offers, promotions, compensation increases, or other career outcomes.

6. Delivery and Revisions

Delivery methods, turnaround times, and any included revisions are governed by the applicable product description and information provided at purchase.

Additional work beyond the purchased scope may require a separate agreement or purchase.

7. Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

FieldsRight retains ownership of its business name, branding, assessment methodology, templates, report frameworks, website content, and other proprietary materials.

Customers may use their purchased reports and completed career deliverables for their intended personal or internal business purposes.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of FieldsRight's underlying assessment methodology, templates, software, or branding.

Customers retain ownership of the original information and materials they provide, subject to any rights needed for FieldsRight to perform the purchased services.

9. Appropriate Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce and commercially redistribute FieldsRight's proprietary assessment materials without permission.

10. Professional Disclaimer

FieldsRight provides informational business decision-support and career-positioning services.

Our services do not replace legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Customers should consult appropriately qualified professionals when their circumstances require it.

11. Service Concerns

If a purchased deliverable contains an error or does not match the purchased description, contact us through our Contact Us page so we can review the issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights customers have under applicable law.
